Deliveries
Some large orders may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate delivery. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.
- Standard Shipping on orders under $50 is $10.00 within Australia including GST.
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50 within Australia including GST.
- New Zealand Shipping on orders under $100 is $18.00 including GST.
- FREE New Zealand Shipping on orders over $100 including GST.
Australian Delivery
Please note that domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. Please ensure you have completed all address details to ensure your order arrives in the fast possible timeframe. We will endeavour to send your order to you within 5-7 business days of making your purchase.
Delivery Delays
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
International Shipping and Ordering
At present we are experiencing many challenges shipping orders overseas due to current logistics and shipping issues. We have very limited flights coming into and out of Australia due to Covid-19 government flight restrictions.
In many cases international orders, we dispatch do not arrive to their destination thus at present we are not shipping consumer orders international. We do apologise for this inconvenience.
